Who we are looking for

You do not need years of experience to start a career in care. What matters most is that you are kind, patient and reliable, and that you treat people with dignity and respect. We will give you the training to do the rest.

  • A caring, respectful attitude and a good sense of humour
  • Reliable timekeeping and good communication
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to complete training and background checks
  • Experience in care is welcome but not essential
